Every new year is a time to reflect on pasts and bring hope to the future.  The year 2011 brought a great wave of business to My Bragg Bag. So much demand, I was turning away customers as I couldn’t do everything in between having a babyand PCSing. I decided 2012 was going to be different. In order to expand my business, I needed to hire help.

The process of finding the “right” seamstress was not easy. I gave them tests. Made them try different patterns.  I looked at quality, turn around time and skill set.  I’m not an easy person to please when it comes to sewing. Several did not make the cut. I have a standard of quality that is high– most of you know that if you have purchased from me.

After trying different seasmstresses, I am excited  to announce, I have team of fantastic skilled contractual sewers to help My Bragg Bag with my workload.

What does this mean for the customer?

  • More Ready Made stock selection
  • Quicker turn around times on custom items
  • Better quality control
  • Better customer service w/ timely email response

I’m excited to see My Bragg Bag expanding to meet the customer needs. Making items in an assembly line process is always quicker than making one at a time. I thank all of my customers from past years and am excited to meet the needs of my new customers.
