Custom Waitlist FORM
Due to the high demand of my products, I will be implementing a wait list for custom items. To get on my wait list, please complete the form below. This form is NOT an order form, but a way for me to get an idea of what you want.
Your name will be placed on a master wait list available for viewing on my website. When your name reaches the top, you will be emailed clarification of your order & a final total for invoicing via PayPal. If you do not pay your invoice within 48 hours, your name will be removed from the wait list and I will go to the next person in line.
